(1) If the term of the project agreement expires, the project and related real estate, machines, equipment and structures built on it shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal free of charge as written in the project agreement.
(2) The entire infrastructure and land of the project transferred according to sub-rule (1) shall be owned by the Government of Nepal (3) The operation and management of the project transferred as per sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Authority.
